About

Mark Wilcox is born and bred in Matamata where his name is over four generations. He has been building things since he was a young lad, now with the better part of two decades of construction experience under his belt he heads up a team of over a dozen men and tree huts have turned into multi-bedroom houses, commercial warehouses and farm implements. Mark knows all about the meaning of solid foundations and support, as one of United Matamata Sports Senior A’s most capped props, he knows all about digging in when the going gets tough and this approach to life shines through in his work. From propping up a scrum, to propping up a structure, Mark is someone that lives by his building practices across all  projects, and his many happy clients are testament to his craftsmanship.

CONCRETE, WE own IT.

As we have grown, we have replied to a market, and that is the demand of concrete. Now our expertise of concrete work spans from large commercial buildings to domestic driveways. Now, cattle feed pads, feed bunkers and all rural implements has become a big focus. Whether it's on the ground troweled by hand, or erected upright with a crane, it's an important part for us as builders. Here at Mark Wilcox Builders, we are able to provide that service, and many others all under the one roof.
